Patterns, [ca. 1870].

Consists of three designs on paper for enamelled tiles made in the "landscape" series by Minton, Hollins & Co., Patent Tile Works. Each is stamped on the back with the firm's name. The name of the series is handwritten with the note "26 different subjects." Each of the patterns has the same blue and white decorative border. One of the tiles, a depiction of a swan and bird in a pond, was done in blue and white. The remaining two are in full color. One shows a ship on the sea, while the other depicts a church and its surrounding field.
